I’m Michelle, I found your site while looking for
orphanages and outreach programs. I read your blogs
and felt so sad about your loss, but at the same time
felt inspired by the strength of your faith. You are
able to still praise God and to serve Him by serving others
and helping those in need. Truly inspirational.

I have a daughter myself, she is 22 months now and will
be having her birthday on the 7th of January. I’ve
read you lost your daughter at the same age, which makes
me just want to hug my daughter everyday that she is with us,
because you never know God’s plans for any of us.

You don’t have to reply to this email, I don’t even know
why I am sending you this. I just felt the urge to write you.

Just to share, we’ve decided to spend our daughter’s 2nd party
on the 2nd or 3rd of Jan at an orphanage or someplace where there
are kids who would really enjoy a kids party. We plan on having
puppet shows and games for the kids. We prefer to find a place
somewhere around the Paranaque area. In case you have any places
in mind, please let me know. Or maybe if you are organizing something
of the same kind, we can help each other out. Just let me know.

By the way, we are currently in Australia but will be visiting the

Thank you for this email, I really appreciate you take time to read my
articles and personal blogs dedicated to my daughter Maia. I cried again so
hard reading your email for you give me so much encouragement to do more for
our projects but more so in remembering my Maia which is the same birh month
of your daughter and almost the same date. Before I open your email too, my
son and I was watching some Maia’s videos and pictures during her stay with
us. My son was so happy seeing her again on those photos and pictures, he
keeps on replaying his favorite part of it over and over again.

At first my writing was just for my personal healing process but as our
families and friends read about it, they give us all the support we need to
help more.

I will keep in touch with you? I am so happy to know your willingness to share
your blessing to our less fortunate brothers and sisters in the philippines
in celebration of your daugther’s birthday, I will give you some details
soon.

but it’s the other way around, your story gives
me the encouragement to share our blessings, to love my family more,
and really to seek God more for I can see that your
family has such strong faith and is really inspirational.
